Members Our SIFE team is comprised of over 75 dedicated and enthusiastic members. We have tripled in size over the last year thanks to an ambitious and well-coordinated team effort and we expect to continue growing. Our recruitment efforts target the Sam M. Walton College of Business as well as other colleges on campus, resulting in a significant number of non-business majors. This not only aids us in establishing academic diversity, but empowers our team with a wide range skills, knowledge and perspectives. SIFE at the University of Arkansas prides itself on egalitarianism and open communication. Every member of our team is able to participate in any of our programs as well as spearhead his/her own once approved by the members-at-large and our Leadership Team (LT). LT consists of SIFE's officers, program leaders and our faculty advisor.
